Welcome to a free template by ROB Technology. This is a simple template created with photoshop. The PSD is included if you need to make any changes. No usage policy but a link is appreciated (not required though)...

It's been a long time since we created a new template but here it is. Surprisingly, this template contains 2 files! index.html and bgnav.gif. If you need to modify the PSD, try to reslice it into the same amount of files so it's still fast loading.
