This template requires Netscape or IE 4+ browsers. When you click on "Navigate Here" a menu with links drops down. This template contains quite a few javascripts, so it may be difficult for a beginner to customize. If you only change the names of the links and their file names, you should be able to have this up and running fairly quickly.
There is a mini-tutorial that will help you to customize these pages. It will help you edit some things, but is not intended to teach you HTML or how to implement javascripts.
